Completing the Abstract Submission

On the Abstract Submission page:

  • Enter your abstract in the designated field. The abstract must not exceed 250 words (excluding the title, author names, and affiliations).
  • Manage authors using the provided tools. You can add, remove, and reorder authors. By default, your name will appear first in the list.
  • Select a thematic area that best matches your abstract’s content.
  • Indicate your presentation preference: oral or poster. Please note that the final decision on presentation format will be made by the conference organizers and communicated in due course.

After Submission

  • Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email titled “ICONHIC2026: Acknowledgment of Abstract Submission”.
  • The email will include a unique Abstract ID, which should be referenced in all future correspondence.
  • Your submitted abstract will also be listed on your personal publication listing page within the portal.

If you encounter any technical issues during the submission process, please contact the conference secretariat for assistance.

Scopus
Indexed

We are proud that the ICONHIC proceedings are indexed by Scopus — a globally recognized marker of research quality and editorial integrity.

We take this responsibility seriously. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review and editorial process, guided by internationally recognized ethical standards. We understand how important this is to researchers, and we are committed to maintaining the level of excellence that makes academic contributions to ICONHIC both credible and citable.

For full details on our editorial principles and review process, see our Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement (PDF).

Manuscript Submission

Following the submission and conditional acceptance of an abstract, authors will be invited to submit their full contribution to the conference.

You may choose between the following submission formats:

  • Full Paper
A complete manuscript suitable for formal publication and indexing.
  • Extended Abstract
A concise version of a full paper that outlines the scope, approach, innovation, and key outcomes. This option is designed to reduce the writing burden while maintaining clarity and quality.
Please note: Extended Abstracts will not be forwarded for Scopus indexing.

All accepted contributions—whether Full Papers or Extended Abstracts—will be included in the official Conference Proceedings, which will be distributed digitally to all participants. Authors of either format will be eligible for oral presentation at the conference. Templates and formatting guidelines will be made available shortly.
