Kai Liu

Liu Kai is a Professor at the School of National Safety and Emergency Management, Beijing Normal University. Her research focuses on climate change and city safety. Over the past years, she has led and contributed to several national-level research projects related to natural disaster risk assessment and critical infrastructure resilience. In recognition of her outstanding contributions to the interdisciplinary field of disaster risk, she was selected for a prestigious national high-level young talent program.
