Before submitting your session proposal, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:
➜ Submission Workflow: For compliance with the ICONHIC2026 submission platform, all contributors to your session will be required to submit a brief one-paragraph abstract. This initial step will generate a submission ID, which will be necessary for uploading the final manuscript.
➜ Manuscript Options: Authors can choose between two formats for their submissions:
• Full Paper: A complete manuscript suitable for indexing and formal publication.
• Extended Abstract: A condensed version of a full paper summarizing the scope, solution, innovation, and key outcomes. This format is designed to reduce the writing burden while maintaining clarity and quality. Please note that Extended Abstracts will not be forwarded for Scopus indexing.
➜ Tailored Deadlines: You may suggest submission deadlines that best align with your session timeline and outreach. Please include your preferred deadlines in the form provided below.
➜ Review Responsibility: As the session organizer, you are expected to review all manuscripts submitted under your session. This ensures alignment with the session theme and upholds the quality of the conference proceedings.
