Prof. Tiziana Rossetto

Tiziana Rossetto is a Professor in Earthquake Engineering at UCL, where she founded and co-directs EPICentre, a multidisciplinary research centre for the investigation of risks from natural hazards. Tiziana adopts a combination of empirical, numerical and experimental approaches to study the fragility of buildings and infrastructure to earthquakes and tsunami, structural strengthening practices and earthquake risk perception. She is a Fellow of the Instutition of Civil Engineers and current Chairman of the UK Society of Earthquake and Civil Engineering Dynamics (SECED).
